Practice Apparel:

Cheerleader should be dressed in:

T- Shirts  (White, blue or gray. (No tank tops or spaghetti straps)

Shorts  (blue, white or gray) (no jeans)

Sneakers (No Heelys, chunky, or slide-on sneakers).

Pull hair back in ponytail away from her face.

 NO jewelry, nail POLISH, or piercings

Bring a towel to stretch on, a labeled bottle of water, and bug spray (if desired)

Outdoor Practices:

Girls will not be allowed to leave practice without the company of their parent, guardian or other approved adult.

Indoor Practices:

Teams will be scheduled to practice inside the gymnasiums at one of the Dracut schools or the Greater Lowell Technical High School.  Parents are not allowed inside the gymnasiums. Pickup and drop off will take place at a safe area in the parking lots next to the schools. Please plan on arriving a few minutes early to receive any information being given out. Remember – NO PARKING IN THE TUNNEL AT THE VOKE!! Pickup and drop off at the Voke is on the grassy area next to the back parking lot near the gym.
